Business Week names Lexington, Kentucky as One of Best Cities to Ride Out The Recession

This week Lexington, Kentucky received more national attention as Business Week named Lexington one of the best cities for riding out the recession. Factors such as low unemployment rate and the number of jobs available in the education, agricultural and healthcare fields added fuel to the Lexington economy.

Lexington is no stranger to the national spotlight. Just last summer Delta’s Skyline Magazine profiled our charming Bluegrass city in its publication, by taking in-depth look at the city focusing on the bustling economy, locally owned businesses, the history, healthcare, the beautiful and scenic landscape, modern technology, the thoroughbred industry and education. Plenty of interviews, photographs and local commentary are jam packed into the magazine.

The Lexington, Kentucky real estate market remains strong and has swayed away from the national trends of declining markets. Businesses are booming and the quality of life here is unsurpassed!
